Zhong Ning teaches the culture around the language — history, food, festivals, and the habits that make a sentence sound like it belongs to China. Five years of it, and a certified instructor.
His lessons run alongside the school's afternoons out: hanfu, paper cutting, dumplings, shell carving, and the study trips along the Guangxi coast.
